Preparation of Nitrogen-Doped ZnFe2O4-Modified Carbon Composite and Its Collaborative Energy Storage Mechanism

The pyrolytic carbon of polymer adsorbent resin (SAP) is used as a waste source, which can be porous network via pyrolysis to remove surface sodium carbonate and other substances. In this paper, ZnFe2O4/nitrogen-doped composite was prepared using the template method. Through high-temperature carbonization crystallization inorganic elements, morphology showed uniform load characteristics. This well-defined structure facilitate transport Li+, enhance effective contact area with electrolyte, provide wealth active sites. For SAP-Fe/Zn anode, at high current density 0.1 A g−1, reversible capacity anode reached 753 mAh g−1 after 200 cycles, showing excellent magnification performance. final modified SAP-Fe/Zn&NC electrode had 205.6 1000 cycles 2 cycle retention rate 80.7%. enhanced electrochemical performance attributed abundant sites shortened diffusion pathway composite. ensures adequate conversion reactions during Li-litization process between Zn, Fe, alleviates volume expansion, prevents comminution/aggregation long densities.
